Browser time is billed at 1 credit per 30 seconds (2 credits if screen recording is on). Additionally, any request using a proxy location consumes 1500 credits per 1GB of bandwidth used. Each successful API call deducts the corresponding credits from your monthly allowance.

Does Gaffa offer a free trial?

What is your refund policy?

Gaffa is happy to offer a refund if you request it within the current billing month, provided you have not yet used any credits from that month's allowance. Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, credits do not roll over. The credit allowance included with your monthly subscription plan (Starter, Startup, Growth) is reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Any unused credits from the previous period are forfeited, so it's important to choose a plan that matches your expected usage volume.

Gaffa offers tiered monthly plans to suit different needs and budgets:

• Starter ($29/month): For small projects, includes 9,000 credits, 1 concurrent request, and 7-day data retention.
• Startup ($99/month): For growing businesses, includes 35,000 credits, 3 concurrent requests, and 30-day retention.
• Growth ($249/month): For scaling operations, includes 100,000 credits, 10 concurrent requests, and 3-month retention.
  All plans include access to the Browser Request API and residential proxies. Additionally, you can purchase extra Credits on a pay-as-you-go basis at $20 for 5,000 credits. For high-volume or custom requirements, Gaffa offers bespoke enterprise plans.
